Terms and Conditions
By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to the following stipulations. The amount paid is for availing secretarial services related to the immigration process. ZHBroadway Consultants will guide and assist the applicant by providing details about the process timeline, associated financial requirements, and the steps involved in filing the petition.
Service Commitment: The company will assign a dedicated Documentation Experts Team to guide you through the entire process until the visa application is successfully filed.
Refund Policy: The amount paid is non-refundable. Once an invoice is generated, all decisions regarding refunds will strictly adhere to the agreement terms and conditions signed between the client and the company.
Online Payment Authorization: If the applicant makes a payment through an online card service, they agree not to withdraw or initiate a chargeback without prior notice to the company. This applies to payments made via Credit Card or Net Banking, and the client undertakes to notify their bank that the payment made to ZHBroadway Consultants is genuine. The client further agrees to cooperate with the company if a dispute arises, including cases of misuse or card loss.
Refund and Fee Transfer: The client acknowledges that no refund or transfer of the company fee will be made to a friend or relative in the event the client abandons their application or decides to withdraw for any reason during the proceedings after signing the agreement. Similarly, no refund or adjustment of the company fee will be granted if the client chooses to switch services or processes or opts to immigrate to a different country.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising will be resolved in accordance with the agreement terms and conditions signed between the client and the company.
Service Delivery Timeline: The service timeline may vary depending on the complexity of each case and the services acquired by the client. In general, the process timeline may range from 3 months to 12 months.
