Return Policy Terms of Services

The customer agrees that they are not entitled to claim a refund if they choose to terminate their agreement with ZHBroadway Consultants and withdraw from the services before the company has submitted their immigration or visa application.

Terms of Agreement: The customer confirms that they have read and understood all terms and conditions before making any purchase. The client acknowledges that canceling or withholding the application at any stage of the process will not entitle them to a refund, even if the cancellation occurs the day after signing the contract.

Non-Refundable Clause: ZHBroadway Consultants will not issue refunds once the agreement is signed. All information and process details are explained in good faith and provided accurately based on the existing rules and regulations of the respective country. The client assumes responsibility for any misrepresentation or fraudulent information in their application package.

Non-Refundable Scenarios: Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

• The client fails medical examinations.
• The client has a criminal record.
• The client does not meet English language proficiency requirements.
• The client is unable to provide necessary documents as per program requirements.
• Changes in government criteria or regulations affecting the application retroactively.

Other Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as misrepresentation, insufficient information or funds, loss of points due to language or education discrepancies, unsatisfactory evidence of work experience, non-submission of required documents within stipulated timeframes, or lack of cooperation from the client or their dependents.

Refund Exceptions: If a refund is issued, it will only be made under special considerations that are exceptions to ZHBroadway Consultants’ terms and conditions. Refund requests will be processed within 90 working days and are subject to the discretion of the company’s legal team.
